Blaze is located in the Town Center area of Disney Springs, sitting next to Planet Hollywood themed as a quaint Spring Side Cabin.
Open daily at 10:30 am, closing at 11:30 pm (Sun-Thurs), and 12:30am (Fri & Sat).

I was slightly surprised to see a very short line as I approached the restaurant, as there is usually a line out the door. Don’t let that deter you from popping in to grab a pie, the team here really rocks it out of the field and does an amazing job to get people through quickly!

As always, I was welcomed with a friendly face and warm smile, asking if I had visited before…Ha, more times than I can count! She welcomed me back and directed me to the counter to place my order.

One of the unique features about Blaze is that it is set up in a line service type ordering system, think Subway or Moe’s, but with pizza!

I stepped up to the counter, to another friendly face and warm welcome, where I was asked my name, how many pizzas I would be ordering, and what type.

Starting at $7.55 for a one topping 11” thin crust pizza pie, I always go for the Build-Your-Own, coming in at $9.95, I feel it’s the best value for your dollar and who doesn’t want to choose their very own sauce, cheese, and toppings? I am handed my pager and the next employee takes over to begin my ordering process.

The ingredient counter is an amazing set up with an array of choices, but let me not get ahead of myself here…you have your very own pizza artist with 11” of freshly rolled dough on a wooden paddle just for you!

We begin at the sauce station. There are four options including Red sauce, Spicy Red Sauce, White Cream Sauce, or a Garlic Pesto…if you’re feeling adventurous, I recommend mixing the Red Sauce with the White Cream Sauce.

Onto my personal favorite spot, the Cheese, EXTRA Mozzarella for me, please! For my fellow cheese lovers, they have 8…you read that right EIGHT different choices in the cheese area, ranging from your Classic Mozzarella, to a smooth Goat Cheese, to a Crumbled Feta, and the best part is, you can add more than one!

Now to the main event (told you they were quick)!…you’re now ready for your toppings, a gorgeous display of over 40 meats and veggies, consisting of the favorites from Pepperoni and Sausage to more obscure Salami, Roasted Red Peppers, and Sauteed Onions. You can also add a dash of Sea salt and Oregano.

Then comes the hard part, your pizza is taken away from you to be baked…with this comes the waiting, but don’t worry, only 180 seconds in the Wood Burning Fire Oven that sits just behind the cashier. Take the longest three minutes of your life to enjoy the atmosphere, which is usually hustle and bustle, grab a seat, or get your drinks filled…or you can do what I do, sit and stare longingly at the ovens while your taste buds kick and scream, ready for their pizza.

Once you’re finally the winner, your pager will buzz, and you have the option to add one of their 7 finishing drizzles. I tend to skip this, but maybe one day, I’ll give it a shot.

Coca-Cola fountain beverages, assorted lemonades, and teas are at your disposal on the beverage station. There is also a beverage cooler that offers bottled sodas and juices, water, beer, and wine.

Dough Knots, salads, and Desserts are also available.

Blaze Pizza has become one of my favorite pizza spots. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, efficient. The quality and taste of the food blows me away every time! You can tell it’s all high-quality fresh ingredients. The restaurant is always clean, very well kept, and everything stocked for easy access.
