Earl of What…?

So, let’s talk some real talk for a minute here…honestly, this will be a short review, because it was actually a surprise for me and I was not prepared!
I am a huge fan of Earl of Sandwich, have been for a long time, and I am so lucky to live close to their Disney Springs location.
Now, if you don’t know, Earl of Sandwich is…well, a sandwich shop. They, hands down, have some of the best tasting sandwiches, actually, I should say food I have ever eaten.
I mean, it’s not your Mother’s cooking…well, it’s not MY Mother’s cooking, I’m not sure how your Mother’s cooking is…sorry, getting distracted here…anyway, the food is just absolutely amazing! We’ll leave it at that.
I can give so many recommendations here, but to my surprise a couple of weeks ago, I noticed they now offer a pizza option. Yes, you read that correctly…PIZZA!
I’m sure you can only imagine how excited I was for this surprise.
Now, let me say, this is not your typical pizza…it is served open face on…think French bread style, but not French bread. They use their very own in-house baked bread, which is delicious. A little on the thicker side, a nice soft but sturdy structure.
They offer plain cheese and pepperoni.
I opted for Pepperoni.
I can’t even begin to describe how super excited I was as I sat down, opening the cutest box to reveal this heavenly looking meal.
Now, for the real talk…this pizza was so surprisingly good, I couldn’t help but melt right along with the cheese!
Perfectly portioned with sauce, seasoning, cheese, and pepperoni. Everything was just the right amount, they must like extra cheese as well! ;)
My only critiques would be the sauce is a little on the sweet side for me, not bad at all, just a little sweeter than I tend to prefer, and the bread is on the thicker side, which I tend to prefer less crust and more toppings.
All in all, it’s a great addition to the Earl menu, an I definitely recommend!
Earl of Sandwich is a quick-service restaurant located in the Marketplace area at Disney Springs, operating from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week.
Offering a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, and much MORE!
Including breakfast starting at 7:00 am every morning, and with their sandwiches starting at $6.99, I would say they have some very agreeable prices.
If you’re local to the Disney area and you visit Springs a lot, be sure to check out their rewards program where you earn points with every purchase to redeem for goodies!
I give Dear Earl 7/8 slices.
